Air Conditioning Inspection
Inspections carried out by a CIBSE Accredited Inspector to the requirements of TM44.
All buildings with air conditioning systems having a total rated cooling output of over 12kW need to have a valid inspection report by:

Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems (LEV)
In order to comply with COSHH Regulation 9, the guidance contained within HSG 258 states that Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems need to be inspected at least once every 14 months by an LEV qualified engineer.
